Despite a slight decrease, the number of million-dollar events in September still reached a new high. According to CertiK data, losses from code vulnerabilities have significantly decreased, while hackers are shifting towards medium-sized attacks targeting centralized exchanges and DeFi platforms. Emerging ecosystems like SushiSwap are also facing vulnerability attacks, with the North Korean cyber army still being the biggest threat.
